Compared to the numbers from last year, this past year has seen a
serious increase in rating activity, most likely to the site
changes to encourage that. This time around, there have been 5344 ratings
logged for 1053 jokes, with 582 now having enough to display an average.
The Top Ten Replay is on again for this year, and will start on
November 26th.

The outgoing queue of jokes to be sent to the list is growing rather thin
lately, so postings are now done every other weekday (Monday, Wednesday
and Friday). If you want the distribution to return to every weekday, or
every day, then send those jokes in. I can only do so much myself :-)

The location of the Humor Break RSS feed has changed! Be sure to update
whatever news aggregator you're using to check it, as the old feed
location will soon stop updating, then later disappear entirely.

Thanks again to all of those rating jokes and pictures on the site. The
response to the joke rating call has been so great (1282 ratings of 591
jokes, with 90 jokes having enough ratings to display an average), that
I've decided to start an annual "top ten replay" of the top ten rated
jokes as of today. These will be reposted, in countdown order, starting
December 1st.
