As moderator of this mailing list, I try to avoid infringing on copyrights by complying with the wishes of any copyright holders. If this means maintaining any credits or copyright information when distributing a joke, or in some cases not posting the joke at all, I will attempt to comply.

Since the majority of the content comes off of the Internet (some of it sent in), I don't always have information on the original source to credit. When I do, it will be included.

If you feel that something that gets distributed on the list or that is on the site is in violation of a copyright, please let me know by sending email with the item's name (either from the subject line of a posted joke or the caption it is filed as on the site) and I will do what is necessary to correct the situation.
